Intro / Who They Are
Royal Advisors is a business consulting firm built for founders who want more than generic advice. Whether you're setting up your first company or scaling an existing one, picking the right structure, hiring the right people, making the right moves, they're in your corner. Their ethos is simple: they care about your business as much as you do.
Challenge / Problem
Business consulting is a crowded, corporate space. Cold blues, stiff layouts, language that keeps you at arm's length. Royal Advisors wasn't that kind of firm but their brand didn't know it yet. They needed an identity that felt modern and confident without feeling like every other consultancy on the market. The challenge was standing out in a space that actively resists personality, and doing it fast. The deadline was two weeks.
Strategy / Approach
We ran a full brand strategy workshop with the Royal Advisors team to dig beneath the surface. Three values shaped everything that followed: Honest, telling clients what they need to hear, not what's comfortable. Clear, no jargon, no fluff, just a straight path forward. Precise, every recommendation built specifically for you, never off-the-shelf. Their positioning came into sharp focus: a firm that treats every business as personally as its owner does, without sacrificing the polish clients expect from a serious advisor.
Solution / Design
We built an identity around a custom R logomark, geometric, bold, and unmistakably ownable. Clean enough to carry authority, distinctive enough to stand on its own. The colour palette moved far from the corporate blues of the category, emerald, rich gold, royal purple, and ivory, premium without being pretentious. We introduced a gradient aura treatment to the brand, borrowing from what was working elsewhere and making it entirely theirs. The result is warm and confident at the same time. Typeset in Man Rope, a face that sits right at the intersection of modern and grounded, credible, but never cold. The system delivered three logo variants, a full colour palette, and a complete tone of voice, all built to scale. The slogan, Launch. Grow. Succeed. ties the whole thing together.
Results / Impact
Royal Advisors now has a brand that matches exactly who they are. The identity resonated immediately, the client was thrilled. Beyond the visuals, the project expanded into a full brand guidelines system and a complete website, designed and built in just 4 hours. Full branding delivered in two weeks. A functioning site on top of that. When the process is tight and the strategy is clear, you'd be surprised what's possible.
